After a wave of anger among Muslim communities across the United States, the Amazon site removed links to products that offended Muslims who were on sale.

The site was criticized and widely criticized by Muslims in the United States, after the presentation of pedal baths written Koranic verses in Arabic and the phrase "God".
After a statement by the Council on American-Islamic Relations denounced the incident, the US-based Amazon site removed those products from the on-site sales list, also after collecting 73,000 signatures in a campaign on Change.org to stop selling the products.
The Amazon site was also criticized for a similar scandal after the publication of pedals written in the name of His Majesty and presented to his customers in Britain in 2016.
